Online purchase (except final sale products) made through popstylelab.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-20 business days of shipping time if you select postal shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-25 business days. And you can expect to receive it in 11-15 business days if you select express shipping (7-10 business days).

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The super savings option will take 10 to 20 business days and the express delivery will take 7 to 10 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order.
